In planning my proposal I knew that I needed to have a great photographer to capture the whole moment. When I told Elsa that my plan was to take the horses out for a ride and then pop the question, she was immediately in; Elsa captured the whole moment perfectly, and then we had an impromptu engagement session after getting the "Yes!". Elsa captured the excitement and joy we both felt in that moment and the love we shared with a quick trailside celebration! The only thing Elsa didnt capture, thankfully, was my unplanned speechless-ness when my knee hit the ground. Elsa went the extra mile for us, literally hiking in the snow about a half mile and bringing some things I couldn't discreetly fit into saddle bags, and the photos she took will be cherished by us forever!
